Our Appointment Policy:

24-hour notice for the following appointments:

• Mon- Thurs. Regular 60-minute session or less.
•48 hours’ notice plus deposit must be applied to appointment 48 hours in advance for the following bookings:
• Spa Experience and Packages
• Couples Massages
• Groups
• 90 Minute sessions or longer
• All Friday and Saturday Appointments
• Cancellation Fees: We will ask for a credit card to hold the time and practitioner. If sufficient notice is not given for the cancellation of scheduled appointments, the credit card will be charged for the missed appointment. <

Cancellation Fee, Rescheduling Fee and No show’s

• The total amount of the services scheduled will be charged in full for clients who "no-show" or fail to cancel their reservation within the time period.
• If you need to make a change to the reservation on the day of the service, such as moving the appointment time, a fee may be applied due to limited availability.
• Subsequent appointments will be charged at regular rate until re-book appointments have been established.

Early Arrival

If this is your first visit (or if it’s been a while since your last visit), please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your health history paperwork.

Late Arrival

We understand that delays may occur that are beyond your control, but please call and let us know as quickly as possible. We may not be able to extend your service time if it impacts the schedule. Depending on the circumstances, you may be charged for the full session.
