It is our intention to provide our clients with not only a professional and therapeutic massage, but exceptional service and personalized attention at all times. The following policies and procedures are in place to enable us to provide the highest quality service to each of our clients.
We require 72 hours for services over 90 minutes, couples/group appointments and all Friday and Saturday sessions booked. 24hours for all other appointments. Failure to honor this policy may result in a CANCELLATION FEE of 100% of the value of your service. Neglecting to call us to cancel an appointment will result in a NO SHOW FEE of 100% of the value of your service. Exceptions are made for situations beyond your control including emergencies and inclement weather.
We offer rebook rates on most of our services and sessions. You must book appointment before you leave your last visit. You DO NOT have to pre-pay. You must give 24-72 hours to reschedule your appointment to keep your rebook rate. Any no show or less than 24-72 hour notice will result in the charge of the service and then you will lose your rebook rate. Please call us for more information or to book.

We understand that delays may occur that are beyond your control, but please call and let us know as quickly as possible. We may not be able to extend your service time if it impacts the therapist’s schedule. Depending on the circumstances, you may be charged for the full service.

Pre-payments are required for all appointments over 90 minutes,all couples/group massages and all Friday and Saturday sessions. We accept VISA, Master Card, Amex and Discover. There is a $10 minimum purchase for credit cards.
Please park in the back and come in through the back door which is our entrance.
We do not provide third-party billing. However, upon request, we will complete an insurance receipt with treatment codes. Please let us know when scheduling your appointment if you will need an insurance receipt.
